Cleaning comb pin JSA 750
Before the lubrication, dirt and rust should be eliminated from the cable. For this operation our cleaning comb pin JSA 750 demonstrated it's efficiency and validity. Special gravers are perfectly following the cable profile and "combing" the strand, eliminating the dirt even from the deepest points and grooves, in the meantime the connected brush is cleaning the cable surface. Gravers, realized in soft-steel, are pushed by a spring and can be replaced; they have fixed breaking point and they glide smoothly without any danger for the cable.
Cable lubricant set JSA 800
After the cable cleaning, lubrication with special JSA 800 set can be proceeded. Special gear pump is pushing lubricant under high pressure towards the jets from which through 6 very fine nozzles it is distributed on the cable surface. The position of those jets and the adjustable pump pressure guarantee uniform distribution of lubricant. Cable strands are perfectly lubricated and this avoids their corrosion. Surplus of lubricant is picked up and brought back to it's tank by special flexible tube.
